하나님의 후회: GOD'S REGRET.

로마서 11장 29절: 하나님의 은사와 부르심에는 후회하심이 없느니라.

for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable.   NIV.

For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.  KJV.

for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.  NASB.

 

 

사무엘상 15:11 내가 사울을 왕으로 세운 것을 후회하노니 그가 돌이켜서 나를 따르지 아니하며 내 명령을 행하지 아니하였음이니라 하신지라 사무엘이 근심하여 온 밤을 여호와께 부르짖으니라.

 

"I am grieved that I have made Saul king, because he has turned away from me and has not carried out my instructions." Samuel was troubled, and he cried out to the LORD all that night.   NIV.

 

It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.  KJV.

 

"I regret that I have made Saul king, for he has turned back from following Me and has not carried out My commands " And Samuel was distressed and cried out to the LORD all night.   NASB.

 

사무엘상 15:35 사무엘이 죽는 날까지 사울을 다시 가서 보지 아니하였으니 이는 그가 사울을 위하여 슬퍼함이었고 여호와께서는 사울을 이스라엘 왕으로 삼으신 것을 후회하셨더라.

 

Until the day Samuel died, he did not go to see Saul again, though Samuel mourned for him. And the LORD was grieved(슬퍼하다,애도하다) that he had made Saul king over Israel.   NIV.

 

And Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death: nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul: and the LORD repented(회개하다,후회하다) that he had made Saul king over Israel.   KJV.

 

Samuel did not see Saul again until the day of his death; for Samuel grieved over Saul. And the LORD regretted(후회하다) that He had made Saul king over Israel.   NASB.
